They arrived at my home professing many years experience of high quality work.They stated dailey charge of £220 per day for both working.Stated three days to complete wallpapering two walls,plus painting whole room including the ceiling,plus light sanding and painting hall in a bungalow. Five days later with two people (equivalent of ten days) they presented me with a bill for £900 saying they had not charged me for the last day as they had arrived mid morning and one partner had to drive several miles to collect his drill.The finished job was such a disappointment. The living room had shrinkage of the Wallrock paper and Him had put filler on but is now a lumpy finnish and not nice to look at.The hall was not rubbed down so has little bits of previously removed wallpaper showing from under the new paint and the doors could give you a splinter in some places. On taking issue over the defects Her stated that she had "never worked with Wallrock before and never would again." Yet when they arrived they brought in a Wallrock liner leftover which gave the impression that they were familiar working with it. These people are not "professionals as in being college trained but rather people who have done a bit of decorating. On a personal side they are pleasant people but employ them as "professionals" No. I have taken pics of the work done if you want verification.
