Absolutely dreadful, untrustworthy company. Inept when it comes to their own policies and procedures - different staff give different advice, and they will attempt to pressure you into taking extremely expensive insurance. They lied about how long their refund process would take, and though they claimed it was instant I am still owed £1,500 a week later. I am not confident that the refund will ever come, and I do not understand why they would want to go to the trouble of defending this in court, where I will inevitably win.
