Superb to deal with from the start to the finish. 3 cars all automatic required for our family trip from New Zealand for a family wedding. Card delivered to our Heathrow hotel the morning after our arrival. Very pleasant and efficient staff a delight to deal with. The 3 cars were for different hire durations. Ours was nearly 7 weeks and the other 4 & 5. All cars nearly new , our Sportage had only 700miles on it. Returning cars not a problem, meet you at the drop off in case terminal 2. First thing the guy said was here are the Raybans you son left in his hire car!! Excellent service and highly recommended. We shall be using them next year for sure
