Paid the additional £19 for a certificate but after 6 weeks I have not received it. I have emailed and phoned to be assured that someone will call me back but unfortunately it would seem they take your money and run. I would never recommend this training provider to anyone and if you are thinking about using them. RUN don't walk in the other direction.
