Frankly it is an absolute horror show, you submit items from this season in very good condition, some drone there tells you they can't accept it, due to the condition, really rude when the items are new and in excellent condition, if you sell something you have to remind them to pay you, they conveniently forget to pay the sellers all the time, on top of that, their commission is one of the highest of all resale website, for that they have really no customer service, but a bunch of buyers who treat the site as a free dress agency, buy something, wear it to an event, then return and you are stuck with the dry cleaning bill! Their webchat is never open and if you leave messages, be prepared to wait for days for a reply!
