DISHONEST TRADER BEACHES ADVERTISING REGULATIONS
The Advertising Standards Agency has issued a compliance notice on 30 October 2019 for falsely claiming memberships he did not have. This trader used dishonest claims to imply his work was covered by the HIP guarantee protection insurance scheme. IT IS NOT. He also illegally used the BBA logo to imply his work conformed to quality certification by BBA. IT DOES NOT. This trader was removed from the Trustatrader and MyBuilder listing websites for bad practice. See attached pics.
