I have been left with a very disappointing experience shopping from greenhouse warehouse as I purchased and lovely bbq which was damaged in more than one place and when contacted them with several emails and calls about the issue I have not heard anything from them. I feel upset that I have paid the money for a good bbq and it comes through damaged, but that I understand happens, but to ignore and not contact me about it makes feel disgusted and that I would never use greenhouse warehouse again and would recommend anyone else not to use them either. It’s a shame as the bbq was a really nice looking and good quality bbq, which would of left me a very happy customer.
