One star is simply too much but not able to give half a star. They never answer emails regarding the extortionate charges for gardening. How they get away with it beggars belief. It needs regulating. Their yearly bill carries an admin charge per property of £59.00. The bill is paperless! Since when has a gardener charged for admin!!!!
