Purchased a game that had a technical requirement not mentioned on the page before purchase. GMG support push that I should just upgrade my computer to make up for their misstep. They suggest all games will have this requirement in the future, when less than 5 have it now. Even going so far as to suggest games that don't have it, do, so as to justify their refusal to accept responsibility. The publisher admits its an issue worth a refund. The developer has said they won't be addressing it. But GMG, the reseller, has put it back on me, the consumer as the one who has to bear the cost of a product that is unusable due to an unpublished requirement. Have been a customer suggesting GMG for years, but hopefully this review can steer others away from making an error in judgement buying from GMG.
