First time I’ve used Grass & Co after the Ease Balm was recommended to me. Too early to say how effective it is but lovely product to apply. More like a wax than a cream, smells gorgeous. Ordered 2 on the offer but only one arrived. Once I notified Grass & Co the mistake was rectified and I received a free lip balm by way of an apology which was a nice touch
