Thank you for informing us about your failed delivery. Our sincere apologies for the failed deliveries on behalf of the delivery agent.

We dispatched this item on the very next day we received your order an express service. We are not sure why the delivery agent has failed to deliver on multiple occasions. We will be raising a case with them as this is not an acceptable service that we pay for.

As for your express shipping payment, we have already refunded you this amount so you are not out of pocket. Please do not let us know if they fail to deliver the item as we may require to make a claim with them too.
