I am very pleased with Forever Studios. I had several VHS tapes and one audio cassette I wanted digitized. The cost was reasonable and the work timely. When there was an issue with one of the files (lack of sound and choppy movement), customer service was wonderful. Responses through email were very quick. I was emailed a shipping label to return that tape, and within a short time I received a much improved file. I would definitely recommend this company.
