Their Dressing Room option is misleading. Initially, you're told that you can buy now and either pay in four separate installments or after 30 days, with an allocated budget of 1000 RON for both of these (in my case). I tried to place an order using the "payment in 30 days" option, but wasn't able to select it at checkout. After contacting customer support and waiting for a few days, they said my account isn't eligible for that option at all, without providing a proper explanation as to why. This is despite my order being within the available budget and their site/promotional campaign stating that I should benefit from both payment options. Long story short: I wasted 3 hours for nothing, and eventually found all the products I would've ordered at lower prices on other, more reputable websites. Also, the Fashion Days platform itself has a messy layout, buggy search filters, and a limited product range compared to other retailers. I won't be using this site again and certainly don't recommend it.
