I am very disappointed with the service and communication we received from you. I would like to discuss a refund or credit for our purchase. Despite ordering with you on the 1st September and assurances of our display package arriving on time - we missed the set up time and had a stand at a major conference / exhibition with no stand. The event cost us thousands of pounds to attend. We had a plan B in case you weren't able to deliver however was advised it would be ready for collection in time but it wasn't so we also lost our Plan B. Very disappointed customer.
