very poor will not do their duties. My daughter had mice in the flat and they refused to take any action even though it is the landlords responsibility. i had to deal with these mice at my own cost!! they do not act on concerns as her front security door has been broken for sometime, they admitted to knowing about this for sometime and had been reported by previous tenants but again had failed to take any action. this poor service compromises the flat security, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE DO NOT USE THIS SHODDY COMPANY
