Purchased an electronic transformer. It didn't work. I tested it and understood why. Informed customer service, who told me to return it. Then claimed it wasn't faulty as an excuse to not pay return postage costs. Untrustworthy and dishonest. Have no respect for the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and they will try and make you bear the cost of any faulty goods that they've sold to you, being returned.
