I contact them so many times by email and phones but not helpful always lies
I have been waiting for the delivery since 14/04/2024 until today (14/05/2024) I HAVE NOT RECEIVED the mattress the warehouse creates the label for the courier (DPD) but they didn’t dispatch the mattress it’s a joke / unprofessional
Extremely very Bad service and very bad management
Just don't bother - go to Simba instead
