During these "stay-at-home-whenever-possible" times we try to spend our hours being creative in which ever way we can. These patches at a reasonable price and very good quality have been an inspiration to us as a way of building a family tree for the younger family members and filling in the basic details where known. We have often needed a patch in a hurry and found the customer service to be excellent with free postage or 1st class delivery at a reasonable cost available. To date we have never needed to return an item but would imagine the service would live live up to their quality customer service already provided in other areas. Very happy customer all round.
