Hello there I have contacted this company via Amazon where I bought this Samsung fridge. I told them that my fridge doesn't work as it's still in the warranty. They told me to contact Samsung. This is not customer service! I have to throw away shopping that has cost me at least £100 ! Samsung doesn't answer the phone and Electrical Discount UK sit on their fence. I can't believe these believe these people are allowed to sell without honouring the warranty! Amazon should take this into account! I am very angry and I will proceed accordingly. So NOT recommended! Stay away!
