Have purchased epen pods but did not fit my vype pen, I spoke online to ask which pen I needed to purchase for my pods. I was told the the epen pods compatible pen had been discontinued and they had nothing to sell me. I could not return the pods as I had opened them to put into my pen. I asked for customer complaints dep and had a sarcastic reply from the assistant. I will not be recommending this company to my friends and I will no longer be purchasing items. Very disappointed with assistance, response received and customer care.
