Felt obliged to take an upgrade for free as none available in the group I had asked for. Would have preferred to remain as I was as wanted a very small car because of where I was.
Also no parcel shelf in the car so luggage was exposed. Didn't charge the extra even though it was a diesel so some benefit there. Overall I was satisfied and have booked another for September
