What atrocious service. My advice would be never buy direct from Dyson. I needed a vac urgently for a house in Scotland I was leaving five days later so I chose Dyson direct because they advertised overnight delivery ordered before 9 pm. I ordered at 5pm. The item was sent to the London Parcelforce office (it should have gone to Scotland) and went out for delivery next day. It went back to the delivery office. It remained in that London office and day after day it was not sent on correctly. I had to phone Dyson and Parcelforce countless times because of the delay it then needed delivery to my address in Yorkshire. I kept phoning time after time, day after day asking for a return call to tell them where it now needed to be sent. The Dyson operator took the new address, but no delivery details and I never ever got a call back. Then about ten days later I had an email from Dyson (still no call back, I NEVER got that), the item had been dispatched - to the address in Scotland. They completely ignored my calls or new address where I was then. I never got a call back and had to inconvenience everyone in Scotland otherwise the item would have been sent back to Dyson eventually and I would never have got it. I have never encountered such appalling arrogant service in my life.
