So when purchasing i get a 3-8 business day estimate period. However after waiting over 10 business days and the shipment status is still awaiting carrier. So i call directvapor an got terrible customer service stating that if i would have scrolled further on the status i would have seen the claim that the government forces them to use small carriers. However the notice still claims 9 %90 of orders are received 3-8 business days or 10 the latest. Yet the customer service stated there is no telling when it will be deliverred since it left there facility an i cannot contact their shipper. If they where an honest business they would state this in the order process not highlight 3-8 days only to blame other parties when they are well aware this is an issue. I most certainly would have ordered from a more dependable or at least organized source. Preferably one with better customer service although im sure that wont be hard to find.
