Slow response and problems never get sorted. They subcontract work out that doesnt get done. Bin collections that have been missed time and time again. Must be heading on for two months since it was empty. Nobody wants to fix this.just poor excuse like no access with clear space that both council bin wagons and long scaffold wagons can manage to get through. Rather than excuses id just like the bin empty.disgusting service. With the cheek of keep sending bills for the failed collections. This company is very bad and they dont seem to communicate with each other. Its beyond a joke. Update. They have swapped to a different supplier for my service which was ok until now they are trying to bill me for 6 months of collections that never happened and are not coming forward with the weight data i ask for. I ask for the weight data so i can show the reason for bin being overweight is the previous times of none collection. Also in my pre term. Contract i has a price agreed with the email saying no price rise and yet they are billing for more the agreed amount per lift. Again nobody in the company communicate with each other so its like ground hog day starting again with a new clueless advisor. Stupidity at the highest level
