After talking to 12 different agents they they finally agreed to crediting my account properly .and installing the equipment as agreed and 3 months of HBO, Showtime and Starz Free as originally promisled. I strongly suggest a wriiten recap be noted by email for each sale instead of a he said she said scenario! Or use the Chat format and print it out!
