Purchased a pair of speakers from them on eBay, with their listing prominently advertising next day delivery. This did not happen, and when I queried why they were advertising next day delivery when they (as they had already admitted) knew that their delivery company was not meeting SLAs, I received an aggressive email in response stating, in effect, that I should consider myself lucky to be receiving anything at all. When the product (advertised as new) arrived, the packaging had already been opened and had been re-sealed using Digitalis' own packing tape, and was faulty. They are clearly attempting to pass graded/returned stock off as new.
