We are very happy with the id card printer and software. It arrived within a couple of days. It was fairly easy up. There was a slight problem with downloading the drivers but my support email was answered very quickly and they send me a link to the download. The software setup was straightforward and we were up and running. The quality of the printing on the cards was excellent.
