It's a very good team of people, very efficient. However one or two of the team members were a bit snooty. I dont appreciate being talked down to. And I think the staff also need to appreciate the effects that mental illnesses has on individuals such as myself; it's very hard to deal with financial Matters when suffering episodes of mental illnesses; so being harassed to get things done dosent help and is appreciated.
