After initial enquiry I was bombarded with calls and texts - even though I had a future appt booked with an Advisor.
The FA was very clear and made everything easy to understand. Again though I felt rushed when trying to collate my paperwork and documents required.
After my case had been handed to Creditfix I contacted Fortis twice with absolutely no reply or response.
No after care service. Very disappointing
