I made my order for some oboe reeds and was informed that one reed was a special order and would take 14 days to post. Nearly 4 weeks later I had heard nothing, so emailed and got no reply. Tried again a week later, and a week after that - still nothing. I then emailed to really complain and ask for a refund which was duly paid, but still no communication or apology or explanation. Absolutely dreadful service and I will never use this company again. Shame.
