Poor customer service. Purchased Delonghi coffee maker via Tesco Direct, this item was supplied from Crampton and Moore. Coffee maker has now failed approx. 10 months after purchase, contacted Customer services but immediately referred to manufacturer, quite wrongly, my contract was with Crampton & Moore and they are legally responsible to sort issues, instead tried oldest trick in the book and passed the buck to the manufacturer, poor customer service, still awaiting resolution on this issue, have pointed out my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, awaiting resonse. Buyer beware!
