On a bright cold day we went into a dark coffee shop in Brighton. Now I don't know its name, but the welcome when we stuck our heads around the door and asked if they were open was wonderful. Only opened yesterday, and that was for family, and nervous about putting lights on to draw people like us in! We didn't need lights, the smell of the coffee was enough! Good luck Tom and Ollie, both experts in their own fields, and with their warmth and passion they should go far. I've taken to buying the best coffee on line for expressos, fruity and rounded, and whats more in the shop you get filtered water from the tap at your table!
