I ordered three pair of sandals, all but one fit. The other two are so big, the straps are two inches too big (not adjustable) Good luck getting them to answer your email. I have been trying for a year. I called the credit card company and they put a hold on the payment and after 90 days they put it back on. This is a no win situation. Buyer be ware. I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering. Won’t make this mistake again, if company does not have a phone number that I can verify, I don’t purchase. I’m out $100.00. If I could give them a minus -5 stars, that’s what I would give them.
