Bought and paid for a Cineworld plus account in July 2021 which is suppose to last for 12 months only to discover in June 2022 its dissapeared off my account. After contacting Cineworld they inform me my account hasn't migrated to their new website, I assumed they would simply reistate it but no they refused to do this, they also won't refund my money. Instead they had the nerve to try and fob me off with a £8 food voucher instead! They've literally stolen my money as I've paid for a service which they're not offering me, what a complete con! I expected more from what I thought was a reputable company. ICT problems can be fixed but customer faith can't be.
