Me and my family decided to go with RSPCA to rehome which has been deeply discussed and not underestimated the requirements needed, i therefore went to Chesterfield spital lane RSPCA where i handed in my form and was trying to enquire on a dog which i was refused to be able to view or anything else by reception supervisor called jayne she would not listen,discuss or even acknowledge anything i was saying or trying to say, i have never experienced anything like this, to go to the RSPCA i thought i would try this route and see what is available to then to be absolutely disgusted with how i was treat, i later spoke to manager about this who seemed to not really believe what i was saying he told us in person he couldn't see her been like this as he personally knows her well. i wish the experience i received on nobody and will prevent anybody going through the same experience. I felt judged on appearance from the instant i walked through the door i would have happily let them background check me and my home if they have any concerns whatsoever but to not be given the chance is absolutely disgusting.
