(how on earth have they done that, google?). They constantly over-estimate my bill, they have tried to fine me "for blocking access to my meter (its on the verge outside, so impossible to block. They don't correct mistakes. If you are with them, read your meter and check your bill. Stop your DD - they will rip you off.
