Used my CADAC SAFARI 30 for the first time last weekend and loved it. Followed a few recipes from cadac website, perfect. Also opted for the paella pan which is super quality and worth spending the extra on as it cooks superbly. No regrets and cannot recommend CADAC highly enough.
