Fantastic customer service from Cadac UK- I hadn't appreciated that the barbecue I was ordering already came with a tailpiece so ordered one separately. They identified that I may have ordered a standalone tailpiece by mistake, took the time to call me to confirm and then adjusted the order. Felt that this was above and beyond (and to top it off delivery was extremely fast!!) Thank you Cadac UK!
