I bought a Dyson spare part, very expensive. Nowhere in the purchase process did they tell me that they were not an Irish site despite the dot ie and that I'd be stung for customs charges. You can find a reference to them sending from UK ( that's where they really are, not Ireland ) hiddne under Terms and Conditions / Payment Methods at the bottom. Not really up front. I'll not be taken in again and I recommend anyone to take care when ordering from this crowd.
