I telephoned Burrows & Hare Marlow branch & spoke to James who was very helpful & professional. He kindly reserved a pair of Sanders chukka boots snuff polo colour in my size for me to pick up the following morning. This I did meeting the manager, Junaid, who could not have been more helpful & I purchased the boots with which I am very pleased. It was a shopping exercise that was a pleasure to experience & one that Burrows & Hare can be proud of. If only other businesses emulated the standard of professionism I received from this company at that branch. The price was similarly very attractive & good value.
