The quality and design of the clothes I bought is excellent. I can’t fault it.
However I was initially sent the wrong order. I called your customer service who asked how close to a post office I am. I explained I’m about 4 miles away and so returning the incorrectly delivered items was not straightforward. The lady who I spoke to acknowledged this bit since then I have heard nothing and they are still sitting on my desk.
