At first everything went well until I went to the checkout. On the first three times that I tried to go further I was not asked for any address or billing details and nothing showed in the purchase slot. Each time I started again it showed my prospective purchase in the basket but not at the checkout. After that I decided that I would ring you on the following Monday; it being Friday evening. On Monday, before ringing you, I tried again and was able to register and put through the purchase. The only other point that I would raise is that it would be helpful if you asked for delivery instructions should no one be there to receive the package. Happily we were on the point of leaving the house when the package was delivered so could receive it. The time from order to delivery was very short; I was impressed.
