Firstly I would like to say how refreshing it was talking to a human being on the phone and not Live Chat or portal communication. I can only say what an incredible asset Dylan is to your company. With many hurdles to jump over Dylan was there to help me through, he was patient sympathetic to my needs and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I was sorting insurance out for my son & Dylan could not have been more helpful. Dylan went above & beyond offering the kind of customer service that has long disappeared in many companies.
