me and my family had an extra cost around 1500£ coming back to home. The reason of that extra cost is 100% caused by your delay. (Nothing against the driver. He was also very nice and professional). My brother is Down Syndrome and because of that situation was with a very important crisis, also my mother in law. I have all the invoices that we should to pay. I sent to you an email to ask you how to compensate that big problem and nobody answered.
