I'm hugely impressed with the product and service from these guys. Tristan is clearly very passionate about customer experience, and he went over and above to make sure I have the most perfect new carpet for my little boys bedroom. From a Covid-safe home visit to the fitting. Tristan went out of his way to get our fitting sorted a whole week sooner than our original appointment, because he understood how stressed we were having the toddlers in our room!! They are obsessed with their lovely soft new carpet and it has made the room so warm too. We're re-flooring several other rooms and there's no doubt that these guys are the best. I had a very average previous experience with Carpetright (who were also more expensive) then a dire experience with another local company before I discovered these guys and am so glad I did!! A local family business who provide impeccable service and stunning product - oh and a good price! What's not to love.
