Extremely disappointed. I sold a book to Bookbyte. Sent in the one book that I was quoted only to be told that 3 others were received from me that I have never even owned. They claimed that the one that I did send was never received. I was paid less than half for the ones that I didn't send in than the estimate for the original one. After some back and forth and pretty much being told to reread the policy, I was given the rest of the credit as a "one time exception". What the hell? I know what I sent back and being questioned and told that other books were received was ridiculous! Only reason for 2 stars is because they did pay the full amount as a "courtesy" to me. 😐 Never again.
