I paid £5.49 for next day delivery 5 mins after 7 pm (cut of for next day delivery is 7 pm) and my order arrived after 3 days, not 2 days as I paid for. I wrote to them and asked for the refund and they would not refund the overpriced delivery charge for items that did not arrive following day (within 2 days in my case). Not happy with the service.
