I asked BlockBusters to do a CCTV survey of a pipe that travels under the floor of our house which was blocking after some recent renovations. Callum arrived who was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He discovered that the pipe isn't connected to the sewer and is draining under the house. This was all the information I needed to contact our builders to ask them to remedy it. He also suggested some fixes that might not require the floor to be excavated. I would definitely recommend them.
