Sunglasses as a product - excellent. Final pair that I received Iam really happy with, feels like a quality product from the sunglasses to the case. 5 stars. Service - customer service in the chat feature is great, but the fact I needed to use it so much is worrying. Emailed as directed for a returns label and didn’t hear back for c.3 days+ (of the total 14 I have to return the product…) so went to the chat feature and was resolved in minutes. Sent my return which I saw got delivered but then A WEEK had passed and I still hadn’t got any correspondence, automated or otherwise, to confirm you had received my return? Again, went to the chat and was notified of return and my refund processed immediately. Really good chat feature but it should not be on the customer to prompt the business about these things.
