Was sent defective frames with no cleaning cloth, Bird was quick to arrange a return although didn't offer to replace them. I asked for a replacement pair and was given a 10% off code, which was great. However, when I received the replacement frames, they were somehow the exact same defective frames I had returned originally and still did not include a cleaning cloth. When I brought this to Birds attention I was told there was no way that was possible, the cleaning cloth is an upsell product and not standard, and if I wasn't happy I could just return them. Ultimately I ordered another pair from the website while I still had the defective frames in hand to compare experiences. The new pair came properly packaged, undamaged, and with a cleaning cloth included. So while I started with a good experience and had a messy middle bit, I ultimately came away with very stylish glasses and I'll likely order more in the future.
